THE IRIS FOUNDATION

We are an organization based in South Africa focused on empowering youth, particularly young women, through digital skills and education.

The Iris Foundation's mission is to empower unemployed and underemployed women with the skills, support, and tools needed to thrive in the workforce or to start their own businesses. They achieve this through targeted training in Work Readiness, New Venture Creation, and Office Administration & Project Management, aiming to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. The foundation is female-centric in its approach.

The company is 100% black female-owned by Judith Serafim, who also serves as its Managing Director.
